Before pad came pre-attached to every product, a moisture barrier was put down prior to installation. The attached pad your product comes with is inadequate to perform a true moisture barrier, therefore dry or not - we lay a 6 mil plastic down to ensure your flooring doesn't get damaged from moisture from your concrete.
The process includes subfloor preparation, acclimating the wood to the room's humidity, precise measurements, and professional installation using nails, glue, or floating methods, depending on the product.
We use moisture testing, high-quality adhesives, and precise installation techniques to ensure the flooring is durable and long-lasting.
In most cases, old flooring needs to be removed to ensure a flat, clean surface. However, some LVT products can be installed over existing floors if they meet specific conditions.
Installation time depends on the size of the area and the condition of the subfloor. Most residential projects can be completed in 1-2 days.
We work with professional, vetted crews who understand our high technical standards. Many have worked with us for years.
In many cases, yes! We'll evaluate your subfloor during the estimate to see if we can save you money on demolition costs.
