Shipping, Local Delivery & Store Pickup Policy

In-Stock Rolls & Materials: Same-day or scheduled warehouse pickup is available for in-stock carpet rolls, remnants, and palletized hard surface materials at our Vacaville warehouse (5139 Quinn Rd. Suite G) or by transfer at our Napa showroom (2815 Jefferson St.).
Staging & Custom Cuts: Because full rolls run 150+ feet and rigid core LVP requires secure palletizing for safe transit, please allow up to 2 hours of staging time for warehouse staff to precision-cut and stage your order.
Vehicle Requirements: Customers picking up warehouse goods must ensure their vehicle has adequate capacity and tie-downs for oversized roll lengths and heavy freight pallets.

Display Products: Flooring styles, colors, and collections showcased on sample display boards in our Vacaville and Napa showrooms can be ordered directly through Harry's Carpets.
Order Processing & Fulfillment: Once an order is placed from an in-store sample display, materials are sourced directly from our mill partners (including Dream Weaver, Engineered Floors, and leading hard surface manufacturers) and prepared for local delivery, professional installation, or warehouse pickup. Typical mill transit times range from 3 to 7 business days depending on manufacturer stock.

Local Delivery Service: We provide dedicated local job-site delivery throughout Solano County, Napa County, and surrounding Northern California communities.
Standard Flat Rate: Local job-site curbside/garage delivery is available for a flat rate of $200 per order.
Delivery Scheduling: Delivery windows are coordinated directly with our dispatch team upon order confirmation or material arrival.
